Dr. Kujok is by far the most attentive, kind, thorough and knowledgeable physician I have ever had. I have never had to fight or over explain myself to get the help I needed. I suffered from Endometriosis for years and had pain for years before going to Dr. Kujok. He sent me to the specialists I need and the physical therapists I needed. Dr. Kujok truly has saved my life. I am pain free and have a miracle baby because Dr. Kujok didn't wait or not believe me like my other doctor's he sent me to the right specialist and I was able to get the help I needed in order for my husband and I to have this miracle that we now have. All in all from going to this office for the last decade. Dr. Kujok is the best doctor, for those looking to get healthy and their concerns treated and answered.

Beyond Blessed with the Best Doctor!
Telehealth

He cares about you as a person and a patient. He does everything to help you get well. He saved my life. He is the best doctor! He listens to you, he and his staff are good about following up on you.

Very Thorough and Patient Dr.
Dr. Kujok is extremely thorough and patient. He doesn't leave a stone unturned. In this day of guessing and pinching pennies, he ordered up every test he could think of to have the most accurate data and evidence to make a medical recommendation. Furthermore, the office staff is some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever dealt with in the medical profession.

Dr. Kujok is the greatest Physician I have ever had and let me tell you i have had a few due to my condition. He doesn't just give you a prescription and sends you off but rather finds the root of the condition and treats it or sends you to the correct specialist to make sure you are taken care of! He is truly an amazing Physician!

Fast, friendly, and efficient service. The clinic is very clean, and quiet. A big plus is that the wait isn't long. Doctor Kujok actually listens to his patients and wants them to feel better. The staff always delivers messages to the doctor and they are on top of what they do. Five stars all the way

Extremely long wait times in the office and by phone with the staff. It's obvious they have too many patients and not enough help. Quality of care is poor.
