BEWARE - 3-4 hrs wait if no appt. Receptionist speaks Vietnamese as well besides English. Was told it is a first come-first serve without appts so I waited. An hr and half into waiting, an elderly Vietnamese couple came in without appts as well and greeted the receptionist happily having small convos, and they were called in to get seen BEFORE others who were there first INCLUDING myself. Someone who are not and could not understand Vietnamese brought it to attention to the receptionist but they claimed that the elderly had an appt. THAT WAS A LIE because I am Vietnamese and understood the convos between the receptionist and the elderly couple that there was no appt and the receptionist just asked that the elderly to just sit and wait for a moment. After that visit, i changed my doctor right away. If you know the receptionists or doctors and what not, awesome! You can get seen without having to wait so long, WITHOUT an appt.If not, they speak rudely to most of everyone else.

Horrible office, horrible staff. 3/4 hours after scheduled appointment still not seen. The front desk girl told me “ he is very old and works slow and is retired that’s why you have to wait that long” that is just ridiculous this office needs to lose any contract they got with the state. DO NOT GO HERE
