Not Proactive but agreeable
I agree with previous review that said Dr. Nguyen is not proactive but if you ask for something like a test or prescription he will provide it. I feel like I'm bothering him when I have an illness. He seems to favor monitoring situations rather than testing for the problem. He does answer emails quickly which I appreciated.

I'm sure his parents are proud.
Dr sighs when meeting with patients, avoids questions and eye contact. Give every appearance that they would rather be anywhere but at the office. Says he will follow up and never does. Only responds to questions after booking appointment with another doctor. You ever met someone who's parents wanted them to become a doctor, They hate every min of it and are determined to take out there frustrations on their patients? Well that's what you are getting here.

He's overall a good enough doctor. If you ask for something, he'll usually get on it. Don't expect proactive care. However it took me 3 years to get a specialist referral for stomach issues that caused me to lose 35 lbs in a month, and I only got that referral because I saw a covering doctor during an urgent visit.
