Im a UC patient. Dr Sifuantes cares a lot about his patients. He is available over the weekend via the VIP application. He managed to quickly schedule me for an appointment when my symptoms got worse, pushed really hard with my insurance company to start me on a medication I needed. He uses evidence based medicine to tailor care for each patient and explains in detail the treatment plan and answers all questions. Im thankful to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Sifurntes was nice but he didn’t understand the concept that if anything touches my mouth or throat I will gag and puke!! He orders an esophageal manometry which is terrible - DO NOT HAVE ONE DONE!! So I puked and had a panic attack during the test. The test could not be completed. Scheduling appointments is a mess!! 4-5 months on the waiting list! Getting to the building and the parking by the building is TERRIBLE!! Rude staff! No direct line to call the GI department!! I would not recommend!

I have been a patient for about 7 years with Dr. Sifuentes. He is very thorough, professional and he definitely cares for his patients. He is compassionate about his work. I really appreciate him because he has help me get through some very sick times. I appreciate him and I trust him. I highly recommend him! I pray God's blessing over him and his family.

My daughter has a very rare condition and Dr. Sifuentes spent as much time as I needed to understand the condition, comfort me and make sure my child had the clinical procedures she needed. I totally appreciate and respect his knowledge, care and concern for his patients.

Dr. Sifuentes has saved my life- twice. I had pneumonia, and he caught it (I thought I had a cold.) I also had Hep C- again, he cured me. His bedside manner is impeccable, he talks with you on your level and answers all questions calmly and thoroughly. Easily my all-time favorite doctor. I recommend him often.
