The reason being for my 2 star rating is due to the lack of professionalism, organization, and accountability from the front desk receptionists and office/financial manager. I've been calling once or twice every week for a month, going on about 2 months now, regarding a copayment refund. Back story is: I've already paid for my copayment by sending out a check through the mail. They sent me a statement letter so I paid what I owed. Dr. Andreoli was wonderful wirh the information he provided my wife. The atmosphere & staff are very welcoming. Dr. Andreoli is very thoughtful in explaining things & great at listening, he provided me so much time. I never felt rushed which is a great thing these days.
