Dr. Huma Rashid, MD

I have had ongoing issues with this office... everything from getting refills filled to scheduling appointments. Leave multiple messages with no return call... than to top it off, I had a call from a referral prior to my doctor discussing the issue with me directly. This is unacceptable. If you're referring your patient to a cancer center... a call from the doctor should have been made. I brought it up to her at my follow up and she was incredibly argumentative and rude. Told me that if was important that she would have called. that is not how to treat a patient. I had asked several times to communicate with me via phone call not thru a portal.

I needed a clearance for a procedure the following day. Even though I had seen her numerous times in the last month she would not give it without unnecessary bloodwork. I was crying to no affect. Got the clearance from my neurologist. Absolutely no empathy for my situation. Would never recommend!

The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Rashid put me at ease as soon as I met her. I had been seen at an ER a week prior to our appointment and they had modified my medications that was not working out at all. By the time we had gone over my history and current condition Dr. Rashid had given me a new plan of action. Ieft her office feeling so relieved that my condition had been addressed and she assured me that I was going to be OK. I truly felt that she Cared. I am so grateful to have gotten her as my new primary care physician .terry jones

I came over to Dr. Rashid due to not being satisfied with the experience I was having with other Doctor, I always felt rushed and like I was just another number. My experience has been pleasant and understanding as she listens and investigates your concerns and that shows a caring Doctor. I'm glad I felt the need for a change, because that's how I found Dr. Rashid.

Quick wait and visit, it took a few times for me to explain some of my medical history but once we cleared that up it was fairly simple.

My experience has been great. She has helped me feel better than I have in a few years.

The doctor was thorough and spent a good amount of time listening to me and asking questions. I felt like I was being listened to and my needs addressed. Very good visit. The only frustration I have is my labs that were discussed in a follow up visit seem to not be on file, however this is being corrected. All around happy with my visit.

Dr. Rashid listens and has excellent bedside manner. I appreciate her sense of not rushing through my visit, asking questions/medical history, and appears to be caring.

Dr. Rashid is very knowledgeable and her willingness to understand what you are going through and talk things through makes for a very good experience of not feeling judged but rather someone that truly wants the best for her patients.

Excellent physician with sound medical skills! It’s a new practice and they are open some weekends too which is great ! I would recommend her to anyone!
