My back went out. I was in very very much pain, couldn't walk much less think being in so much pain. They gave me shots which helped some then got me a walker in two days. I started Physical therapy which I'm better not in pain like I was. Much continue Physical therapy for rest of my. Life. Hard to get motivated to do on my own. Thank you Hugo Rojas and staff. Ladies at desk and upstairs . thank you

I have never had an appt with this provider however have tried to retrieve information regarding a patient of theirs being referred to us. They are extremely unprofessional,RUDE, unorganized and Ill Mannered. After trying to get someone on the phone and being hung up on multiple times, The referral coordinator finally answered and spoke as if she wasnt speaking with a partner practice. I have never encountered such unprofessional-ism.The patient in question stated he feels the same.

I had been to Dr Rojas’ office before and had no issues. This time I went to get a refill of my meds and was told the Dr Rojas is changing his policies and no longer does prescriptions for the meds I’ve been taking for years. So strange but makes me feel like he’s gotten in trouble for prescribing to people. The staff treated me like I was some druggie out to get certain meds. I’ve never been treated so poorly and I’ll never go back to this quack. This doctor is more so looking to make a quick $

I had put off for years to have my legs tested for the flow of blood within my veins. When I moved to TX. I booked an appointment for a consultation. Dr. Rojas and his entire staff made me feel extremely comfortable with my decision to have the four vein closures which were found in each of my legs. The entire process is lengthy do to insurance requirements, yet the practice was very supportive through the appointments. The medical assistant made feel comfortable during procedures.

Very thoughtful Doctor. If you are looking for a partner in your health, you would be lucky to work with Dr. Rojas and his staff. Scheduling wait requires a bit of patience as I am sure it's the same at any other Dr Office.

I'm never greeted by staff. The clinic is dirty, outdated and old. Everyone who works there seems to hate their life. I always feel like a big inconvenience just to be seen. Wait times are over 2-3 hours then you don't even see a doctor and your asked to come back on a different day. This clinic isn't worth the time or money.
