Went in for what I thought was a routine sinus outpatient procedure. In a subsequent visit, he had the camera up my nose to check the post-surgical progress and he said “wow, did I do that?” “That” turned out to be a perforation of the sinus that wasn’t there before. Now I’m told that trying to fix a deviated septum will be riskier because of this. Staff is rude and abrupt, bad experience- sorry I ever went there.

Dr Moore attempted to straighten my nasal passages and as a result the nasal passages collapsed. When I went back to see him he asked who did this to me. I answered, You did! Then he told me he could not help me. Also, the wait time is unacceptable. 90 minutes is ridiculous. Do not go to this Dr.

Dr. Moore lacerated my ear canal in March of 2018 when removing wax. He did not tell me he had done this. On the drive home I had blood running out of my ear. I called him. He did not seem to care. He never apologized or asked how I was. It is now November 2019 and I am still having trouble with that ear. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR.

Dr. Moore performed a biopsy on my father and was diagnosed as early stage 2 throat cancer. He treated my father's excruciating pain from the radiation treatments by recommended he take Advil! Dr. Moore handled my father's cancer as though it was a runny nose. Very uncaring unsympathetic doctor with a terrible bedside manner. Ultimately my father passed away less that a year after seeing Dr. Moore. I would not recommend him and cannot stress enough to find another doctor who has a heart.

Dr. Moore successfully performed balloon sinuplasty sinus surgery on me over 10 years ago. I have had very few sinus infections since then and he is very competent. He does overbook and I expect to wait at least an hour every time I visit. I don't think this is acceptable, but I also know he is caring for others in need of assistance and my trust in him is worth returning.

Had sinus surgery 2000. Appointment 07/2016, left after 1 hour wait, not seeing him. Realized what I didn't like about his services, 16 years ago had 2 hour wait & he proceeded to lecture how HMO's are result of patient long waiting times. Well, now I have a PPO - he is over booked, 2 patients complaining & they had been waiting longer than I.

NOT TRUST WORTHY !!! Dr. Moore diagnoses me as GERD when I was complaining running nose, watery eye and throat. I was unable to get the very expensive medicine he ordered due to my insurance was unable to approve for it. So, I came home and took a Claritn to just stop clear my head, and my symptoms were all gone. All he did was stick a metal in my nose, 2 seconds later he diagnosed me with GERD. And I have been charged $300.00 for the surgery he did not perform !!! FIND A DIFFERENT DOC

Flubbed first visit. Was told come back next day. Came back next day, 3 hours to see Doctor. Spoke to office manager about my dissatisfaction and was called a liar by the receptionist right to my face . Was told I needed sleep study. Ended up in emergency room, and was told the office lost the study request (never submitted). Called numerous times after and Dr not in. Left critical messages with his Nurse, but never got returned call. Dr Moore seems proficient, but office is completely inept.
