Appointment to determine treatment for lung nodule
Dr. Auchincloss was wonderful. He explained my condition in clear and understandable terms. He explained my options and listened to my questions. I felt that he was concerned for me as a person and not just a patient. Based on this meeting I happily chose him to be my surgeon. This not a decision I take lightly.

Bad Care
This lovely doctor told me I would be fine after 3 wks post op. I had an open thoracotomy for Left upper lung lobe removed. During the post op period I had no pain control and was was told to seek other options, meditate. Tried going to pain clinic and was told there was nothing they Gould do for me. 1.5 years later, STILL SUFFERING … many thanks to the MD, Brigham and Women’s Hospital/MGH:BIDMC
