Has an answering service who apparently don't relay messages to staff. Called 3 times within a week for refills yet no response. My first visit in Nov. I'm 76 and he states why I am seeing him when he's only Family Practice, so that was a good beginning. Has a horrible attitude doesn't seem to care. Gave me rx and didn't account for refills because he told me next visit is for Nov. 29 3 month's from when I saw him. Have tried to call an only get answering service. Anthem Caremore referred me this Dr. I'm changing asap. In all my years have never met a Dr. like him in my life, don't know who bothers to see him an actually call his office. I'm done an very unhappy.

Dr chow is a fantastic doctor but he has the worse staff I have ever dealt with they never give him phone messages , I have had to leave phone messages at the hospital he also works at to get a message to him completely unacceptable!
