Dr. Huan Le, MD

Didn't explain conditions. Was in my room & out of my room at the hospital & didn't have time to ask any questions.

I was one of Dr. Le's first 100 patients following his tenure as Chief Resident at LSUMC . Of all the Dr.s I have seen he is the most medically intellegent IM specialist. I travel worldwide for work and Dr. Lee has always responded when I have had a medical issue ouside of the states. and helped with my recovery following an accident. Both my Wife and Daughter were both miss diagnosed by thier primary physician. one with appendisitus and my Daughter had an infected Gaul Bladder. Both required emergncy surgery. I have only once had to wait a little longer in the waiting room due to Dr. Le having to respond to an emergency.

Dr. Le is always rushed and never takes time to speak to patient or family about conditions or plan of treatment. He will also discharge a patient without speaking to family or letting patient know. We had a HORRIBLE experience and will not be using Dr. Le ever in the future.

The most awesome, caring, intelligent doctor! Very approachable and great listener. Great caring staff.

Dr. Le was my Provider for 15 years. I waited over a hour in the exam room, I approached his office manager to figure out what was going on, she rudely stated he will be in shortly. After waiting another 20 min, my visit was less than one minute. I approached by he and his wife regarding this issue. I was told I must be patient. No apology, nothing. Prior to this encouter, we had never had a dispute. I received a certified letter stating Dr. Le will no longer be able to treat me. This hurts!

I recommend him on a regular basis. I absolutely love Dr. Le. You may have to wait to see him, but he will stay to resolve any issues you have until you have time to explain same and is always willing to work with you to resolve any issue you may have. He is professional AT ALL TIMES and is absolutely the most caring doctor I have ever seen.

DR. LE IS AWESOME. HE ALWAYS HAS TIME TO SIT AND VISIT WITH ME. WE CONVERSE ON MANY DIFFERENT TOPICS. HE IS MOST DELIGHTFUL! HE SETS THE BAR ON DOCTOR/PATIENT RELATIONSHIP. HE ASK QUESTIONS AND LISTENS ATTENTIVELY TO MY CONCERNS AND ANSWERS. HE IS VERY THOROUGH WITH HIS EXPLANATION AND PLAN OF CARE. I AM VERY HAPPY AND GLAD THAT HE IS MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN.

Dr. Le has been my family physician for at least 8 years, so I was shocked at the doctor's attitude when my son was diagnosed with HIV. I went on the appointment with my son. My son was treated like a second-class citizen. We can in hopeful and we both left devastated.

He knew I had a contagious disease from blood work drawn on Nov. 22. I never even received a call or offer for treatment. I had to call his superiors on Dec. 6, 2016 to even get a call back from Dr. Le. He was rude and hung up on me when I complained that I had never been offered treatment and that I had to go to an urgent care center for treatment. Horrible physician.

He dismissed an 85yr old patient because we wouldn't change RA physician he stopped caring for this patient after she was dismissed from promise hospital we can never get answers when you call the clinic he 2nd guess RA physician on blood work. He treat elderly patients like they are stupid and can't care for them I would never recommend this Dr to anyone such a sad day he was a good Dr until this patient got really bad sick.
