My experience with him is with my brother who waited for an appointment. He provided doctor west with all his records. When we saw him all he wanted to do his refer him to another doctor in puyallup Dr Rose who he did see but Dr West provided her with none of his records. So when we saw her she did not have full details. my brother gave her the records which she should of had before the appointment. Not very professional in my opinion
