Dr. Taylor is Amazing.
I love that he comes to the waiting room and invites you back to his office with a smile. He remembered everything from my last visit and was spot on. As we were getting to the end of the appointment I remembered that I had wanted to ask him about my very painful hand, the swelling and waking up at night. He said he thought he knew what it might be. He took a machine with a screen and put pads on my palms. He turned the volume on a bit and you could feel the current and it indicated carpal tunnel. Long story short, it’s not fun to go to the dr. but I actually enjoyed the visit. Thanks Dr. Taylor.

I was SO impressed. He saw my BF right on time. He was very, very kind, did not rush the appointment, explained things as many times as needed to my BF who has dementia. Was able to get back in for a follow up in a short amount of time. We were both very impressed!

Very late
He was extremely late to call me back to his office, even though I'd been told by the front office that the person scheduled right before me hadn't shown up. He acted pretty dismissively when I explained my concerns. I didn't feel listened to or heard at all.

Beware, Dr. Taylor and his Assistant
I was referred to Dr. Taylor by my Primary Provider for my sudden, intense Neurological issues. He saw me 1 time for my initial intake visit, didn't know what was going on with me, ordered some tests and never met with me again. His assistant was very rude, unprofessional, and reluctant to put in my testing orders. They called me about my inconclusive results and rushed the call saying they didn't need to see me again, didn't know what was going on, and to go back to my primary because he wasn't going to take the lead on my care as my primary had told me he would. He essentially left me to suffer indefinitely with no diagnosis or treatment plan. After my primary office case manager made a complaint on my behalf, he called me making excuses for his staff's behavior, couldn't help me, and said he could only talk to me to "try and make me feel better about my situation", thus forcing me to seek care elsewhere. If you plan to see him, prepare to be disrespected and leave with no answers

Extremely rude
Howard was extremely condescending and rude. He belittled my professional background and sneered at the other health concerns I'd brought up with my PCP (which were none of his business). He was also very late to my appointment and did not apologize or acknowledge his lateness in any way.

No, seeing him was a waste of time after waiting for months to see a neurologist. He and his staff had no interest to see or treat patients, rushed me out with no professional advice and no treatment.

This guy would have put my wife on anti-seizure meds for what turned out to be hepatic encephalopathy, even though her liver enzymes were through the roof. He never even bothered to check her ammonia levels.

Misdiagnosed me - leaving me deaf for life. Misdiagnosed me two more times - leaving me partially blind in one eye. He does not know the difference between multiple sclerosis and an ear infection. I almost died from mastoiditis (ear infection) because he said I had MS instead. Now I am permanently deaf. As of this year, he misdiagnosed me twice more. Now I am partially blind as a result of his misdiagnoses. If you want to keep your life and 5 senses - STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM TAYLOR.

I would highly recommend Dr. Howard Taylor for anyone struggling with a TBI. Dr. Taylor was extremely kind, genuine, and had a lot of patience with me. He took the time to listen to me and was exceptionally knowledge about the brain, how it functions, and brain injuries. He updated me on new discoveries and knowledge on brain injuries. I have struggled with this brain injury for the last four years and I haven’t found a doctor that is as understanding and knowledgeable as Dr. Taylor.

Dr. Taylor is a great listener and he always follows through on the thing he says, using both his combined knowledge and wisdom. He is very approachable and lets you explain your symptoms clearly then works with you to find a solution. Randy W.

Dr Taylor listened to my concerns and questions. He reviewed my cervical MRI online with me and even wrote on the MRI report what the lay terms were for the medical terms. I would never had understood it otherwise. He was not rushed in anyway with me.

Dr. Taylor was wonderful once I actually got in to see him. I had a 11:30 appointment and since this was a first appointment I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early to complete the necessary forms. I arrived at the office at 11:00 and at 1 pm I asked when I would be getting in to see the Dr.was then told that he had 2 emergencies and was way behind. I was taken back to the exam room approximately 1:10 I would think that the staff could have informed me of the approx. length of the delay.
