Excellent and very knowledgeable physician. He is caring and takes whatever you need with him. He explains any procedures he is doing. I am very pleased with his staff also. I saw him in his new Oswego,NY office.

Dr Simon did my bariatric surgery and I love him! He was precise and thorough without sounding condescending. He took tine to listen and explain things in a way that I could understand. I've recommended him several times and will continue to!
