My ingrown big toenail is missing half way from his carelessness using the acid to make sure it wouldn’t grow back. I’m furious!

Always professional and pleasant.
I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Preuss or his office staff. I have been seeing him for over 10 years. I would not even think about seeing someone else. He has helped my diabetic neuropathy, and also an injury. Overall a wonderful experience.

Offered to do un-needed surgery. Had enough of those! Seemed he wanted another surgery challenge which would not have been in my best interest.

Never had issue, how ever, only have toenails trimmed Staff is awesome. Make me feel so welcome Going to Floyd Knob even though I live in Louisville
