Friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. Dr. Harlow didn’t try to “sell” me anything I didn’t need. He cut right to the chase, answered every question or concern, and provided clear-cut pricing. My kinda excellence!

He and his staff were great. I felt comfortable and safe for my procedure. It was quick and easy.

I'm so very happy that I found Harlow Dental. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Harlow and his staff. From the very beginning, everything was excellent. Front staff was warm and welcoming. They were very thorough helping me to complete my necessary paperwork. I should have completed them prior to my visit however they did not make Mr feel bad for not doing that. I really appreciate that! My Dental Hygenist was amazing. She provided me with an excellent cleaning of my teeth. The entire process was complete and thorough. She explained everything to me. The entire space was clean, safe and the tools were sanitized. My xray technician was so friendly and helpful while trying to get the xrays needed. In fact, she was the first person that I met once inside the back area. She was so kind, patient and friendly. Once the xrays were done, I met my Dental Hygienist and the I met Dr Harlow. He was patient, listened to my concerns and explained everything to me in real understandable te

I had an amazing experience from start to finish the receptionist or so funny and welcoming and eased my nerves. I was told everything that was going on with my mouth my teeth my gums and they took great care of me the doctor was very knowledgeable Dr. Harlow was professional and made me feel very comfortable and told me what I needed to get done to restore my beautiful teeth and I have it been more convinced

Dr. Harlow is an excellent dentist. He is very knowledgeable and great at his craft. He was extremely gentle with me as he worked on my teeth. He also explained to me in detail about what was needed regarding my teeth. He answered all questions I had with no problem. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs dental work.

Quick review about Harlow Dental and his staff. Everyone was amazing, from check in I was treated A1. The hygienist was very patient and informative. Dr.Harlow was able to complete my treatment in a very timely quality fashion. If you’re in search of a great dentist and a family feel, Harlow Dental is your place.

After checking in for the appointment time, there was no wait time. Staff was professional and courteous. My treatment was in and out. Did not need to spend long wait time for treatment or service. One child had a cleaning and she he other had a cavity filled. Very pleased. ??

My visits so far have been very pleasant. Everyone was professional but I was especially pleased to meet and work with Shauna who was able to help calm my nerves and took the time to explain what to expect. She is an asset to this practice. 2 doctors are part of this practice but my preference is Dr. Harlow,

I would run if I were you. I wouldn't patronize this business if it were the last dentist office we available. The "office manager" is a disgrace and believes being condescending is a way to treat patients. I had a 7am appointment set but when I got there I got a text stating it was for 8am. I mentioned to the woman who set the appointment that I worked and could only accept 7am appointments. The second time I came Dr. Harlow asked why my appointment was set so far away from the date I came in and I expressed to him then that I could only do 7am due to my work schedule. So how all of a sudden my appointment turned to 8am is unbeknownst to be. The office manager canceled my appointment even though I was still there waiting and then reversed it back on me as if I canceled it. Run!!! Run fast and far.

I have found my life Dentist! Dr. HARLOW! Not only are they excellent at completing any dental service you need, they are super gentle and kind.. I just love the experiences I've had and they did major work on my mouth with minimal pain.They are also one of the most thorough offices that specializes in the various parts of dental examination. From the hygienist to Shonna the head dental asst., to Dr. Harlow himself , they all immediately made me feel like I was in the right place after having so many bad dental experiences over the years. Shonna could tell from our initial visit I was a ball of nerves and that TLC was required. I strongly recommend this office and stand behind their work 100%. My entire family will now be Harlow customers.
