I have known Dr. Howard Hertz for 30 years. He has been my primary care provider. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for his unwavering dedication and compassionate care.Thank you for all that you do as a doctor.

Dr Howard Hertz & his Babylon Medical Practice team, Enbal, Ryan are just that. Trust me ! I’ve been seeing Dr Hertz for over 35 years, and I’m particular. Personable, Experienced, Committed to Excellence, Compassionate, & Professional. You won’t find any better medical care anywhere.

Staff does not follow through on promised call back. Placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Does not submit paperwork as appropriate. Very rude and instead of making you feel like a valued patient they treat you like cattle. Could be dead and they would not care.More interested in volume than taking care of patients..... greedy

I have been going to Dr Hertz for many many years . He has been very thorough to find out what is going on. All the doctors in the office are the same professionally, caring, and listen to my questions and concerns Always. The staff has been alway very nice and understanding also.

I have been going to Dr. Hertz for over 20 years. Due to his insistence of going for scans he saved my life in 2016 with an early lung cancer diagnosis. I highly recommend his practice!

The wait times are ridiculous. Even if you make an appointment. When I complained the Doctor became angry and behaved in a childish and immature manner. I would definitely take the time to find a different doctor. Not worth the wait.

I’ve been going to Dr. Hertz for over 20 years and my experiences in this office have always been positive. He sees a range of patients and is very knowledgeable when explaining medical terms to me. His staff is very friendly and have always helped me with paperwork and approvals. I would highly recommend this Dr and practice.

Dr. Hertz is one of the most dedicated physicians I've ever encountered and one of the only ones that still visits his patients personally when they are hospitalized. His office hours offer availability days, nights and weekends. Can't say enough about his commitment.

My family and I have been going to Babylon medical practice for many years and would never go anywhere else. All of the doctors and nurses are top notch. Dr. Howard Hertz found out that I had thyroid cancer because that is one of the tests he does (thyroid sonogram) during a routine physical. I’m so grateful for Dr Hertz for detecting it early because I was able to receive treatment for it and now I’m ok. I would highly recommend Babylon Medical practice to anyone looking for a great set of doctors.

Dr hertz is a truly exceptional physician. A true mastermind with immense knowledge. I don’t mind the wait times, I don’t think it’s shorter anywhere else and I rather wait for expertise. The office is beautiful and modern. I highly recommend this physician and office. And how amazing they are open 7 days a week!

Howard M. Herts, M.D is not doctor how we think about a doctor should be. First we have to be human. From my opinion he doesn’t have any humanity. He just wants to money. We went for paperwork, they charged us but there was few mistakes first time by them. When we told them about that, he said to do the paperwork again there will be another charge, although it was there fault. After that I never went back there because I think this is the way how they are earning. Also there is no word for me to explain about how he treats with his patients.

I am a former patient of Dr. Hertz. He was my primary physician for thirty-five years. I concur with many of the complaints made in this forum. His waiting room was regularly overcrowded with sick patients with waiting times stretching beyond an hour. His staff displayed a dismissive attitude towards waiting patients. After waiting for over an hour, my examination time with the doctor rarely went beyond 5-10 minutes. In addition, I found Dr. Hertz to be a poor diagnostician who misdiagnosed me on two separate occasions. His misdiagnosis resulted in my taking unnecessary medications for many years. One last observation. Once I turned fifty years of age, Dr. Hertz annually issued scripts for expensive stress tests. I’ve always maintained excellent cardio health, but Dr. Hertz continued to advise me to have annual stress tests. Fortunately for me, I relocated to another state in New England and I am fully satisfied with the medical care I’ve received.
