Arrogant, no bedside manner. When we asked him to explain his thoughts before cutting into my son’s hand he responded by saying we don’t have to have him treated today. When a doctor wants to cut before telling you his plan it’s a good idea to leave, which we did.

I have spent the past two weeks mulling over my appointment with Dr. Federer as I left his office very upset and in tears. In a nutshell, I felt I was being fat shamed, that my pain was being belittled because I am fat, and that I was scared into not having any surgery done to remove the lump in my back because I was guaranteed to get an infection because I am fat and that would be very expensive.
