DO NOT USE HIS AS YOUR DOCTOR. HE IS ONE OF THE WORST DOCTORS THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. HE HAS A BAD ATTITUDE AND IS NOT COMPETENT.

Eisenstein is not competent to practice medicine. All he does is order tests and then refuses to give results. I have found it to be a gross error in very often not informing me or anyone else of abnormal test results. This has caused needless medical issues. Eisenstein is arrogant to a fault . Please do yourself a favor pick a different Dr. I have finally reported him to the New York State Office of Professional Medical Conduct. Don't make the same mistake as I have.

My experience with Dr. Eisentstein and his office staff was rather horrible. The got my name wrong, my D.O.B wrong, and my reason for visit wrong. Then they had the nerve to charge me for THEIR mistake and insisted that Dr. Eisentstein takes "meticulous notes" and could not have erred. Total BS. Charged me for service I did not agree too and then sent to collection. To add insult to injury, this man holds him self up to be a righteous man and hangs a poster of Maimonides in his office. WHAT a HYPOCRITE. knows nothing about ETHICS and common decency. Should admit that both he and his staff made an error. Will NEVER go back to this office.

I have been using Dr Eisenstein for years, as he’s been in several medical plans I’ve been involved with. He’s right across the street from me, and I feel immensely grateful to have a wonderful physician like him nearby. He talks with you as a peer, and never condescends. He offers valuable advice, and is proactive if there is a problem of any kind. He is warm, compassionate, caring, funny, brilliant and thoroughly professional . And no, we’re not related!

I've been a patient in this office for almost 10 years. Busy office, 4 doctors who simply just go through the motions. It is tolerable at best. UNTIL NOW. I had a serious vertigo attack, was immediately driven to my doc, they told me to call 911. I was passing out, blood pressure through the roof and even if one of the doctors was still there (4:20pm), he would not step out to see me. I couldn't stand due to intense dizziness and weakness. After 5 minutes of me not being able to move, they threatened to call NYPD to remove me. Unbelievable. I ended up in the ER hospital with a serious diagnosis. Needless to say, I ordered my medical history from them and started with a new primary. Dr. Charnoff CLAIMS that he was unaware of this incident (uh-huh) and he doesn't know why the the DR. did not assess me. He 'claims' what happened was against his policy and he 'acted' upset about it. The staff, especially Dr. Eisenstat, the front desk, esp. Yanna, horribly rude & incompetent.

I was a heart attack looking for a place to happen. My brother died last Summer at the hands of back-to-back strokes, and it made me check my own mortality. Recently I've found myself having periodic shortness of breath, and at night a dull thumping pain in my chest. Dr. Eisenstein put me through some tests, and during the cardio stress test, he discovered a shadow that may be a blocked artery. I was sent to Lenox Hill Hospital for an angiogram, and sure enough, it was a 75% right coronary blockage. The blockage was removed, and a stent was place. I was sent home later that night, and the following day there was marked improvement in my breathing, and I no longer feel that thumping pain. Dr. Eisenstein, is now my primary, and I thank him, and his fine staff for their concern, and efficiency for doing all they could to push treatments in a timely manner. I believe that all parties involved, saved my life. From the bottom of my HEART, thank you all.
