Outstanding medical care
Had my second appointment with Dr.Chiong-Rivero yesterday. Again I was left speechless. The Doctor and his staff are simply amazing. While my condition is not good he and his staff are thoughtful, detail oriented and respectful. The take the time to listen and answer all questions thoroughly. We could not be in better hands. Thank you and your team for the care we are receiving!!!!

He listens to every question I have and answers each one, being sure I have full understanding of his answers. He nearly always offers more than one option for treatment. He gives pros and cons of each treatment. He's warm, friendly and very knowledgeable about MS.

Dr. Rivero is amazing. I had my first appointment with him yesterday and he spent over an hour with me going over everything and answering any of my concerns with MS. Very polite and down to earth. He specializes in ms so he knows a lot. He did multiple tests on me like strength and eyesight. Not a long weight at all. The building is beautiful and so was the room. I had other doctors that didn't seem to care as much and was in and out. He is not like that at all.

I have just started seeing him at the start of 2021. He suspected migraines and I called him in July after an episode. He immediately reached out for an appointment. He made me feel like I matter and my experiences, though weird, are very real. I have faith that he can help me with these symptoms and find a way to treat the root cause.

Saw Dr Rivero for 6 mo check up. Dr Rivero made prescription changes without any discussion with patient. Further, communication is nearly impossible with Dr or his nurse. Dr Rivero should work with his patients as a team rather than massaging his ego.
