Dr. Hope Tinker, MD

Dr tinker saved my life , without her helping me manage Tietze syndrome I would not be here. It took 5 yrs to finally get a diagnosis of why I had so much pain in my chest/ ribs and 3 different rheumatologists. She’s the one found I had Graves’ disease also , when my specialist said my thyroid was “fine”. She takes the time to actually read your test results and chart! Yes you may have a long wait time but it’s because she actually listens to her patients, explains what’s going on with you and sends you to the right Drs if it’s not her field of expertise. I trust her completely, in the 20 years I’ve been going to her she has never been wrong about a diagnosis . She works with your other Drs and stays informed about the tests they run and gets the lab results they do, I value her opinion over all my specialists . Too bad we don’t have more caring Drs like her! I tell all my family and friends to go see her .

Dr. Tinker listens, asks questions, give options with the advantages and disadvantages of each option. She gives practical advise, such as life-style changes and diet

Dr. Hope Tinker is as good as they come. she truly cares about her patients. i've been seeing her for many years. i love the way she tells you how it is and never candy coats it. she's a wonderful person inside and out and i highly recommend her to everyone. she's always on a tight schedule but always finds a few extra minutes to spend with a patient if needed. She doesn't herd you thru like cattle. God bless you Dr. Tinker. i dread the day you retire. hopefully that day will be a long time now

Highly recommend Dr. Tinker, she really listens to you, doesn't act like she knows everything and you know nothing. She uses common sense, along with a great knowledge of medicine. Doesn't always have to run a bunch of test to tell her what is wrong with you. We are lucky to have her in Fayette, Mo.
