Excellent physician with a capable staff. Patient and caring. Will be returning to the care of my primary physician, but will not hesitate to refer to this practice.

Amazing experience at the doctor's office today! I definitely recommend his practice. Staff was very kind and sweet and Dr. Hong Lee was really professional and made effort to find out as much as possible for my case and to get a good idea for my history; he showed great attention and was very kind too!

This doctor is behind in operational efficiency. First, despite being in the Advent network nothing can be done through the mychart portal. You can’t retrieve office visit notes or lab results. This proved to be problematic with a test result lost by the office. I had to call Quest direct to locate the results. Only upon my intervention did the doctors office then do something. Second, for those struggling with diabetes this doctor is probably great but if you have other issues, you may be better served with a doctor who knows more about those issues, I.e. thyroid.

Dr. Lee is awesome. He listens to my concerns as a patient/human being and doesn't just see me as an illness or disease. His office staff are amazing and make me feel like family. Thank you Grace and Emily! Without question or second thought, I would definitely recommend Dr. Lee!

Dr. Lee is thorough, listens, answers questions, and has his staff call with test results. He is the only endocrinologist I've been to, so I don't have a comparison, but the things I mentioned are important to me in a doctor, and he has helped me with the issues I went to him for.

Today I called the office and spoke with Emily. After very politely explaining that I just wanted to be sure to fully understand the protocol should the doctor recommend further testing after an upcoming appointment, she felt the need to remind me 3 times throughout the call the office had "confirmed this already more than once." After the third time, I explained that I obviously still had few questions, but that she could just cancel the appointment instead.

Dr. Lee was friendly, respectful, informative & thorough. He cured my chronic thyroid conditions which other endocrinologists couldn't fix in the past 5 years! This is what I asked for and this is what was delivered. A+
