Poor visit
Poor staff, uncaring assistants and a Dr who is impossible to see. I waited a full year to see her and she left me waiting 45 minutes in a freezing cold room. I am going elsewhere.

Dr. Mason is top-notch. She is very knowledgeable, super nice, and makes you feel comfortable the second she walks in the room. She has treated me twice, and I can't say enough great things about her. I would highly recommend booking your appointments with her.

Dr. Mason was very professional, respectful, and sympathetic during our visit. She had a wonderful bedside manner with our 5 year old and us. Her diagnosis and prescriptions were right on the mark. Her staff was friendly and very helpful in arranging a follow-up appointment to meet our schedule needs. I can honestly say I would highly recommend Dr. Mason.

I just want to say I really liked seeing Dr. Mason as my dermatologist, but the office staff are not user friendly. My referral had not gotten to the office in time and therefore I was going to have to reschedule and not be able to get in for over a year. So therefore I am going to select another office and hope the dermatologist is as good as Dr. Mason.
