Strong Expertise, Less Bedside Manners & Concern
I've visited Dr. Hanson a number of times and while she has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to skin conditions, her bedside manner is often rushed & you're left feeling less than considered or prioritized. After a recent biopsy gone wrong, I was provided with no takeaway instructions for care and unrealistic expectations (completely - I ended up having to see a plastic surgeon due to the wound never healing back). The whole process felt very rushed and not considerate around my well-being or who I'd been in the past as a patient -- someone who really struggles with flaws around skin. It wasn't always like this, but in the last couple of years I've struggled and felt like I was just an item to be checked off a to-do list at the end of the day vs. a patient to be cared and considered for.

I was recommended by a friend to see Dr.Hanson, the staff was very good, and Dr. Hanson was excellent. She listens to my questions and answered in terms that I could fully understand. I was very impressed. I highly recommend Dr. Hanson.

I have visited Associated Skin Care five times with Dr. Hanson. Each visit has been an extremely positive experience. Dr. Hanson is a warm listener and competent physician. Her team of nurses works as a whole for a very satisfying experience. The reception staff has been very attentive to my needs and the billing department is punctual with working with my insurance company.

I just finished up 7 months on Accutane. I had a few bumps in the road, but my monthly check-ins with Dr. Hanson always resolved them. She was always friendly and happy to see my face improving, even at 7:20am :)

After trying absolutely every acne regimen under the sun I decided to make a visit to Dr. Hanson. I have been seeing Dr Hanson for about three months now and my acne has truly cleared up beautifully! Visiting Holly has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Guaranteed to be a positive experience every time. I am beyond happy!! Holly saved my face and has given me so much confidence to embrace my beautiful skin!

I highly recommend Dr. Hanson! She has been my general dermatologist for over a year. I most recently saw her for cosmetic reasons for the first time. She presented me with the options and was conservative with her treatment approach, which I appreciated. I also found she has the Best Price for Botox! She is knowledgeable, personable, and answered my questions thoroughly. My wait times in her office are typically minimal. Her staff are welcoming and helpful.

I did a cosmetic consult with Dr. Hanson to find out my options and she was fantastic! She made me feel very comfortable! You can tell she's experienced! She came up with a plan for each area that I pointed out and gave me multiple options. I ended up doing botox and Kybella for my double chin and I'm thrilled with the results! I have found my new dermatologist!

Dr. Hanson is a competent, caring dermatologist. She is on time, thorough and diagnosed my condition quickly. The topical treatment she recommended cleared my condition. In addition I had her perform some minor cosmetic treatments and was thrilled with the results. Her knowledge, expertise and skill level is unmatched. I would give her the highest of recommendations.

We've been extremely pleased with Dr. Hanson and the staff at Associated Skincare. Appointments are easy to schedule, and the office is clean and modern. Dr. Hanson is prompt. The appointments can seem rushed at the end, but that's probably a product of patient scheduling and Dr. Hanson trying to stay on time. Triage nurses are always available for questions. We've had billing issues with our insurance, and Dr. Hanson and the business staff have always been responsive and helpful.

I have been seeing Dr Hansen for over 1 year now and the Rosacia I have has been cleared up beautifully! I have also been screened for possible skin cancer areas and she has addressed them in various ways and they are gone. It has been an incredibly positive experience every time I m there and she is also helping me with the effects of my sun exposure and my skin looks the best it has ever looked. She is so knowledgable in all areas that I feel I can count on her to take care of everything!!
