Old school doctor. Very thorough, great sense of humor.

Dr. Gabriel does not clean her medical tools. Just before she examined my sons ear I noticed something on the tip of the pocket scope.I stopped her to have a look and realized it was covered in EAR WAX. I told her it was dirty and she nonchalantly replaced the cap and blamed her staff for not cleaning it. Her lack of concern was extremely disturbing. who knows what else is going on behind her doors. I would absolutely avoid this clinic at all costs.

I found this office over the phone from the health plan after just moving to San Antonio. Very small office and for over an hour me and my child was the only ones there and it still took a hour for us to see the doctor. The doctor was not very friendly and my child was ready to go before we was able to see the doctor. I ended up paying a $25 copay for the doctor to tell me that whatever I was doing before the appointment to keep it up because its working!!! Currently looking for another location

Have put up with bad attitude coming from the staff and sometime from the Doctor. I do not understand why these people get a job that requires working with people if they do not have ANY people skills at all. Anyway, I finally had enough of them when I asked to see them open the needle for my daughters shot in front of me and they refused to. The main nurse not only gave me an attitude but made rude comments. It is horrible to go there. Before you even schedule something, first stop by and see.

Very rude does not like to be asked questions right away she gets irritated she even started yelling at me for questioning an order and walked away while yelling at me. not only that but she walks out of the room doesn't even ask if you have any questions or concerns.
