Horrible!
This doctor does not listen to his patients. Even when being told the same thong repeatedly by them and their caregiver. Expect to wait at least an hour to be seen. Expect to wait up to 3 weeks for CT orders to be sent in but only after you call repeatedly. Expect to wait 3 weeks for prior authorization on medications. But the worst part was the condescending way he will call you "sweetheart". This is not a doctor that will give you their time in my experience.

Save yourself, go to someone else.
The absolute worst human being I have ever met. I strongly believe he does not give two flips about his patients. His bedside manner is horrible. He did the absolute minimum. He talked down to us so bad until we complained and had our doctors switched. Then all of a sudden he acted like he was nice and helpful. Our next doctor went above and beyond to medically do all they could. Please save yourselves and your families any heartache and go elsewhere. Our biggest mistake was letting him treat our family member both before and after this pandemic began.

Bad, uncaring, abysmal Bismar. Long wait, dirty office, unfriendly front office, arrogant, rude, dr, incorrect diagnosis. Don’t waste your time or money, I’m a healthcare worker for 48 years and never in my personal or professional interaction with a physician have I encountered a less compassionate, unkind, uncaring, unwilling to explain or answer questions MD. I wish I could give him and his filthy office no stars

Hi everyone, this is my first time to come to this office because i could be seen quicker for the problem I was having. I got here at 1:50 & its almost 3:40, but I’m still sitting in the waiting room to be seen. only 3 people have been seen in the last 2 hours. AWFUL SERVICE. also, they made me pay my COPAY before I was seen. Odd. Once my visit is over, I will not be coming here again.

Took a sleep study there over a month ago and still have no results. They've sent me a bill for over $500 when they assured me my portion after insurance was only my $5 copay. The entire office is completely incompetent. First appointment took over two hours to be seen by the doctor. Sleep study took an hour and half before the technician even began hooking me up to the machines. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PATIENT.

I had been seeing another Pulmonary Dr in Ft Worth for over 5 years and my condition was getting worse. I was having to go see that Dr every 4 to 6 weeks due to COPD they would load me up with steroids & antibiotics n send me on My way that went on for 5 years or longer. I went to see Dr. Bismar explained to him how I was being treated and He explained that was not the right treatment and that I needed ABCD, Since then I have had 0 issues of needing steroids & antibiotics and that was 6 months

Dr. Bismar is a good Doctor in my opinion. He has had a lot of turn over in his office, not sure why, but every time I call it's a different girl that I don't know!!! So I have had some problem with that, but I do like Dr. Bismar. Also, is office is VERY VERY busy, waiting room is always full, when I'm there. One time, I didn't get called back for 3 hours and it was well after 5:00 before I got to see the Dr. My appointment was at 2:00
