Dr. Kahn was patient, kind, informative, and comforting.

We have been going to Dr. Kahns office for many years. In the beginning we saw Dr. Kahn. Now we get assigned to a female doctor. At the appointment my daughter had a few things to discuss and was told 'One thing at a time!' Office was pretty empty so there was no need to rush! Had a mole removed from her back and sent for a biopsy. When i changed dressing I noticed they left some of the mole. I called the doctors office and was told that I would have to see a plastic surgeon to have the rest removed. Why would you not remove the whole mole? I now have to pay a plastic surgeon to do what you should have completed in the office? Was told that biopsy would be back in 10 days and that if we did not hear from them everyting was fine. Fast foward 5.5 weeks later Biopsy came back and we now have to see a plastic surgeon based on biopsy. There is no way it took this long for the biopsy to come back! Trying to get copy of pathology & go elsewhere. Very disgusted with office!

Doctor was nice, staff is a mess. Had an emergency with my 4 year old and was told on last visit by doc to walk in any time since we are an already existing patient. 'If this ever comes back walk in immediately.' We courtesy called...Office manager says we can come in TOMORROW or in 3.5 hours. Then gets on the phone when I question reception about her decision since she is not a doctor and she answers 'this is the over qualified office manager'. This is childish behavior especially toward a concerned parent in an emergency situation. As a parent nobody wants to hear come in tomorrow when your kid is covered in hives. She is rude and insensitive. This is the office manager at the 2627 Hylan blvd location.

I have had some basic skin care issues, and some that other derms did not diagnose properly after multiple visits. Dr. K figured it out immediately!!!

Today was my first visit ..Dr Kahn was amazing and listened to my issues and dealt with them immediately. His staff is also kind and considerate when speaking with me. This was an amazing experience . Dr Kahn is Top in his field. I highly recommend Dr Kahn.

Great experience, Dr. Kahn made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough. The office is run very well, short wait time, no overbooking, the staff is both pleasant and helpful. The doctor was very professional, intelligent and has very good bedside manners. Highly recommended.

The wait time was short, the staff was courteous, the doctor was thorough and complete even examining between my toes which surprised me as previous Dermatologists never looked there!
