I thought the staff was exceptional, but the doctor, the Japanese doctor was exceptional. He explained things to me. I've never had a physician spend that much time with me or explain it in that great of detail. He is an asset to your hospital and he's an asset to humanity. Incredible man. Thank you, and that's all.

I was not happy with the fact that I was called by the staff to schedule an appointment for an evaluation for transplant. I never requested the evaluation and it turns out that I don't qualify due to my weight which could have been determined without an appointment, by asking some questions over the phone.

Staff didn't specify that blood work needed a urine sample. So I went to the bathroom and when I got to the lab I didn't have to pee

Staff are courteous and professional. They are informative about waiting times which at times are lengthy. I understand extended waiting time due to the volume of transplants but no matter how patient you maybe, it can be taxing at times.
