I would recommend Dr. Chandarana; but, his staff does not seem concerned about the patient's needs. I have requested a refill on a prescription, and a month later have not gotten it (nor has my pharmacy). If the medication is required, the staff should act promptly on requests. Since his move last year, the waiting room is too small and often overcrowded.

I have been a patient for many years, but went in Feb 2017 and left with no answers to my inability to sleep. Mask is leaking is what I was told and machine might be broken, so get with your DME company. I had lost 50 lbs and there was never any consideration of a new sleep study even though after sleeping with this much air blowing down on me, I wake up with big belly pain and nausua. DME company has done what they can and I have same problem. Staff won't answer phone and this is now May.

Would never send someone to see him. Took months to get a refund. They made me pay full cash price, despite having insurance, and when my insurance paid it took me months to get my refund. Also, was in the hospital and highly upset because his staff wasn't returning calls regarding my FMLA paperwork. Instead of completing the paperwork or disciplining his staff for not returning calls, he fired me as a patient. I was fired from my job because he refused to provide a return to work note.

On Nov. 7, 2016 I visited the Doctor's office. The Doctor has always been a pleasant, gentleman, knowledgeable, and professional. Yet there is a lack of management skills some where. Since my last visit he ordered a medication I have yet to receive. Both the pharmacy and I have called to no avail. I now return for a 3 month followup to report how I responded to a medication I never received. In addition the new office, due to the long waiting period, had a small waiting area. Poor planning.

The office staff is not customer oriented and they make it seem like you are there for them instead the other way around. If I was in charge I would do a total overhaul focusing on customer service. Most often when trying to contact the office no one will answer and I have left messages but no one returned my call. If a doctor's office is so busy they cannot return patient's phone calls then they need to review their procedures and train the office staff.

After waiting a month to receive a device Dr. Chandarana said he would order, I called weekly to check on its status. A follow-up call was promised every week for 4 weeks, but was never received. Finally, I was told by an office worker that the doctor said he cannot provide the device and to contact my dentist. Office personnel took no responsibility for not returning calls and had no explanation for why I was never notified. The lack of responsibility for this oversight is appalling! AVOID!
