Awful customer care.
I initally called for some information on obtaining a medical marajuana license. This is nothing I have ever considered up until now. The lady over the phone said to print out a my chart or bring a letter from the doctor on my medical condition. She explained what a fast turn around it was and so I was very optimistic. No call on a Thursday like I was told, or Friday. I call on a Monday and she tells me I essentially didn’t qualify because I needed to have my diagnosis on there. I in fact did, but she has her usage of words confused as she needed my “symptoms” such as chronic pain. I told her I wished I had known that and that printing off my my chart was not enough, the chart that actually shows what I have which is a chronic painful condition and the fact that I have two prescription drugs in it also for pain. She had an attitude and was done with our conversation, cut me off and hung up. Never visit this office. I don’t think they care about people just money.

I have referred all my friends and family to this practice. Dr Him and Lynn are the most amazing people, I have been patient of theirs since I was 13....im 36 now and still only trust him. They have never once gave me the wrong direction.
