At 65 years old, I found myself in search of a brand new OB/GYN. The Doctor Who I had been with, for many years was retiring, so of course, I searched and asked many people for a recommendations. Having many issues, I really needed to find a Doctor Who would really listen and explain to me all of my concerns that I had. I hit the lotto search for an OBGYN when I found Dr. Chung! I felt welcomed and cared for. She was kind, compassionate, and patient and takes the time to address all of my concerns. She made me feel like I was her only patient for the day. I would truly recommend her and her entire staff.

Dr Hetty Chung removed my fibroids over 10years ago and has left a lasting impression on me . At the moment I’mVisiting her for another issue and she remains the same very gentle Doctor .She is GENIUS,caring, empathetic, precise , great listener , explains all thoroughly! She is skilful and a one in a million kind of Dr . I trust her whole heartedly , she is totally invested in her patients well being , she is kind and I would recommend her to the World . She is by far one of the BEST Doctors I’ve had ,and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her . She makes me feel very relaxed and cared for because she truly cares ! I love her . She’s the BEST ! Very knowledgeable, with excellent bedside manners . I appreciate her and I feel so fortunate to be in her care . I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome gynecologist, I promise , you’ll be very happy you chose her . She is a phenomenal human being who is in the right profession. She truly cares!

Dr. Chung performed a hysterectomy on me yesterday with such skill that I came away feeling that I had received the best care humanly and robotically possible!! Her talent, warmth, and professionalism made this experience an extraordinarily good one and I would like the world to know that they would be in the best hands if they ever had the good fortune to go to her.

Awful. A wait of 1-2 hours each visit. Need to find a new dr.

Unempathetic and discriminatory. Refused to provide me medical care because I refused to see her without my mother in the room, due to my being autistic and a sexual assault survivor, simply because I am 18. Not over 18, exactly 18. She had seen me once before, during which she separated me from my mother without my consent or knowledge, after which I had a panic attack. The appointment was only for vitals to refill birth control, and even though my mother was vaccinated, she refused to see me with her in the room. The women at the front desk were rude, it took five minutes after walking in and standing at the front desk for them to look up from the computer they were huddled over and acknowledge my existence. There were signs up every two feet explaining that no one was allowed in the exam room except patients and that there were “NO EXCEPTIONS” to the point that it was extremely obnoxious. I now have a month to find a new gynecologist, because she refused to refill my birth control.

Dr Hetty Chung is a top-notch professional: skillful, kind, gentle and informative ob/gyn. She explains all options and each step in a calm and concise way. Thank you.

Just performed a D&C, my first real surgery even if minor, and I was so well prepared and advised by her. Also she did such a good job I had no need for pain relief and an excellent recovery.

Her bedside manner is terrible and she rushes through the appointments so she doesn't take care of the actual problem.
