I’ve been using Dr Shah for some time now. He is interested, knowledgeable, and professional. Exactly what I want in a doctor.

I've been going to Dr Shah for over 10 years. He is always thorough, attentive and listens to my concerns. He takes his time with me and has always been right on target with diagnoses. I trust his decisions. I have no clue why others leave negative comments. He has always been respectful and patient and his staff is always helpful and curteous.

Dr. Hetal Shah at elmwoon family physicians is the rudest doctor that has ever provided such lack of care. I called for a refill on my prescription and the office staff took 8 days to get back to me to let me know an appointment was needed and couldn’t get me in for 3 weeks. I tried to explain my frustration but before even finishing my first sentence, he cut me off and yelled in the most unprofessional manor like I was his child. He did not address any of my concerns and even hung up on me. No doctor should ever have this kind of bedside manor when caring for a patients health. Would never recommend unless you want to have someone belittle you and not have any issues pertaining to your health addressed during a visit. Very disappointing.

I have been going to Dr. Shah for several years. I have always found him to be a kind, patient, understanding doctor. He listens to my problems, examines me while continuing to asks questions and then makes his diagnosis. Before recommending a course of action or medication, he checks my history of medications and vitamins that I take and then basis his recommendation on what would work best to solve my problem. In conclusion, I will definitely recommend Dr. Shah to someone looking for a family doctor.

DR. HETAL S. SHAH, MD Of the VirtuaPhysicianPartners Network IS A DANGER TO ALL PATIENTS!! Dr. shah is a sadistic and cruel man who is not fit to practice medicine. Usually when a patient calls the on-call physician they expect to receive help. Instead when I called the on-call physician of my only healthcare provider, I was toyed with and denied any help. In a single call Shah agreed to refill a medication that the office missed then proceeded to heavily chastise me for the office's mistake. Now keep in mind I am a mentally disabled person with a severe mood disorder. And that I am days without my necessary medicine. After the flat out mean patronizing was over, I mirrored this incredibly rude and condescending man's tone having been provoked with Shah's cruelty, Shah decides to rescind the medicine renewal. Tell me reader, is that not a direct violation of the Hippocratic oath? Now being shut out by the only on-call doctor available to me, I had to drive to urgent care for
