80yr old father was dismissed as old and dehydrated when in-fact had UTI and high PSA level only did urine test said it was fine .NEVER again be back will Never recommend My concerns where totally ignored Thank god I went for second opinion

My experience with him was terrible, extremely rude and cocky. My father had an appointment with him on Friday to get something done, my father has a hard time hearing so he asked him to please speak up, Herbert said and I quote “I’m not speaking up louder I’m busy and have other patients to help.” Herbert seems to also not be able to admit to his and the nurse in his office mistake that they did on my father. They told him they couldn’t help him because they don’t do that type of procedure on a Friday WHEN THEY’RE THE ONES THAT MADE THAT APPOINTMENT FOR HIM. So now not only is my dad dealing with an infection but they also pain. One star is too many for this so called Doctor!

I had an appointment and then two days before they called and cancelled since I was at the empty ER over the weekend. Apparently I could go to the store, parties, what have you, but cannot go to an empty ER and get a scary lab results that I was told to immediately follow up on....luckily other doctors care more about their patients health and have no problem fitting me in.

Cocky attitude like he knew what was going on, even when he did not do any tests before hand! Diagnosed what he thought was my Dad's problem, ram-rodded him with an in office procedure and four months later my dad is still dealing with the fall out! Often tried to blame my Dad for another doctors treatment of his prostate cancer. He questioned why my dad would go to the ER regardless of the unbearable pain he was experiencing. Could not reach office staff due to long list of menu options that had nothing to do with what I needed! Never going back! One star is too much

Dr. Seemed nice enough, my only issue is that he seemed to be in a hurry and was half way out the door and We didn't cover off all that I came to talk to him about. Only one day in the Orland office is a bit of a restraint when it comes to future appointments.

This guy was something else. I wasn't too thrilled with having a cystoscopy, but he had a VERY confident, "don't worry, I been around, we got this" demeanor that really put me at my ease (you might be able to imagine, it's a mentally uncomfortable situation). A professional doctor, but also a cool guy. From here on out, he's my specialist.

he is caring and was good with my elderly grandfather. also, he took our insurnce without a problem.

Had a vasectomy from him. Excellent. Took under ten mins. Highly recommend him.
