I visited Dr. Yee’s office 5 times, and one time for testing my heart. The first 4 times I’ve been waiting for at least 1.5 hours. In the morning, they schduled about 50-60 patients. There are 4 assistents, they appeared very busy, when you go register, or asked a question, no one would make a respond, just like you are not there. Today I had an appontment at 1:30pm, I waited until 4:00pm, so I went up to ask "hiw long I should wait"? The receptionist told me just wait. When I comment that, "why don’t you schedule me at 3:30pm? If I cannot see the doctor soon, I will leave", the receptionist responded "then you just go ahead to leave". So I left. And I’ll never go back. In my entire life, I’ve never seen any doctor office worse than this one.
