(collectively, Dr. Tripp), North Carolina, agreed to pay $133,880.50 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Dr. Tripp submitted claims to Medicare for nurse practitioner services as if Dr. Tripp personally performed the services.Date:December 23, 2016
