Dr. Henry Spratt, MD

Waited two hours with my wife to see Dr. Spratt. The doctor came out and said to me, “you can leave now, you dont have to wait, it’s a free country.” It is true that I complained about the long two hour wait. Is that anyway to talk to a patient. I previously had cataract surgery on my right eye and Dr. Spratt put a lense in so I didn’t have to wear glasses. I paid $3500 and my insurance paid $1500. Now I need a follow up procedure because my vision is cloudy. Dr. Spratt told my wife that he would rather not do the procedure.

Just finished my first appointment with Dr Spratt. From the minute I went to his office, everyone gave their best effort to see that I was treated well and made to feel comfortable. ( I was nervous}. Frank, the ophthalmic technician was efficient, friendly and professional. Dr Spratt was friendly, thorough, and really took his time to explain everything and to answer my questions I had a great visit and I highly recommend this doctor and his staff

My experience in this office was terrible. Front desk people very nice Dr Sprats nurse was rushed, rude and did not clean her hands. She should of worn gloves. She put way too much dilating drops in my eyes The doctor was just ok. But his nurse or assistant. Left such a bad impression. I have decided not to use this doctor. I couldn’t trust him. And truthfully he was not impressive
