I’m lucky Dr Shugart is my PCP. He (and his staff) are always prompt and friendly. Dr. Shugart is rationale, a great communicator, and always current on the latest research.

We have had many visits with Dr. Shugart, as he has been our Primary Care Physician since 2001. He listens carefully & has the gift of explaining medical stuff in a way you actually 'get it'. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shugart g or about 12 or 14 years. I love him to death. I don't like having to go to the Dr. any more than the next person. But when I do have to go I hope it's Dr. Shugart. There are times I go and they call me back before I can sit down and cross my legs. They have someone that walks around asking everyone how long they have been waiting. Very very rarely do you have to wait to be seen more than 15 or 20 minutes. And Dr. Shugart always takes his time with you.
