Unprofessional rude office staff. Dr doesn’t care
Needed appointment to renew refills of meds. Office staff stated there are no virtual or phone appointments anymore, and only Mon-Thu in person. I started a new job working Mon-Thu and can’t make those days. I went back and forth with the office supervisor “Daniela” explaining my situation and why I can’t make an in person app due to just starting a new job. I begged for an alternative because my meds were set to run out soon. She became very aggressive and rude saying she can’t do anything else for me. I told her that there has to be something since the doctor works for us as patients and I’m out of options. She aggressively yelled “No that’s not how it works sir, the doctor doesn’t work for you!” I was shocked and asked to speak to Wendy Daniela’s boss. I got a call from Stephany about 40 min later who claimed to be Wendy’s assistant. She said Wendy would not be calling me and Dr. Lin wanted Stephany to speak with me, not Daniela’s supervisor Wendy. Decided not to be a 1st time patient
I just received information from my referral coordinator for my daughter to get seen by Dr. Lin. I called their office and if your a new pt they send you to an answering machine to leave all your information which (shouldn’t be provided due to HIPPA) and they will call you back to schedule an appointment. Horrible first impression. Especially for them to be located in an area like Rancho Cucamonga says a lot about them.

Dr. Lin is horrible with kids. If you have a child please, please please do not bring them here! Our visit was full of confusing instructions. Back and forth directions. And my child ended up crying after trying to follow what the doctor was saying. I am an adult and was frustrated by the confusing instructions, so for a child I'm sure it was very scary. He did not try to fix this situation and only blamed his nurse. The way he spoke to me and my child was rude and uncaring.

Don't bother. After several visits with Dr Lin, he decides to drop me as a patient because my attorney asked him for a medical opinion due to a botched surgery. I don't think he truly knows what he is treating me for which is probably why he is afraid to form his "professional" opinion.

I have had two visits with Dr. Lin; one visit at each facility. My first visit was urgent, the second was not. During my first visit, he seemed to brush off any notations or questions I had. He told me if I want to get tested for something specific, I need to go out and buy it myself and bring to him. During my second visit he was beyond rude to two of his employees, didn't read the extremely thorough notes the assistant typed up, and then proceeded to criticize my knowledge of my allergies.

I waited a month for my son to be seen. I came with pictures, lab work and plenty of questions. Dr. Lin came into the room and didn't look at me nor my son. Kept eye contact with his MA the majority of the visit. He obviously didn't read of any of the notes taken by his MA because he prescribed a treatment regimen my son was already on. After I alerted him to this his only come back was, well we can just start allergy shots. What a waste of my time! Terrible experience, even my 5year thought so.
