front desk greets you with no good morning and no smile; most rude lady took my mom back for her testing, and was even more rude when she brought her back out. She should probably find another line of work. NO information given to us as to what the testing was for and how it worked, other than when I called later that morning. After getting nowhere with first person I spoke to, i was turned over to Molly who was very informative and very sweet and friendly. if you go see this doctor, don't look for anyone to make you feel welcome and do your research prior to appointment because they sure won't take the time to see if the patient and/or family as any questions.

If I could leave negative stars I would!! Let me start out by telling you if you are in search of a new neurologist and reading this review................. Call University Of Michigan Neurology, they are #1 in the state of Michigan!!! Now on to my review. I saw Hagenstein on March 18, 2020 for what I thought was a continuous migraine that I had every single day, all day long since November 2019. I told him how the back of my neck goes numb, my fingers go numb, I have ringing in my ears, and my vision becomes blurry and double. He refused to get any other imaging done because I had a cat scan and it showed nothing. MRIs show greater detail. Not trying to get to the route of the problem and only wanting to take muscle relaxers around the clock. He is a joke. U of M saw me today and there is a concern for too low or too high intracranial pressure or spinal fluid leak which should have been his concern as well, but it wasnt.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hagenstein. We had a short wait before I took my mother in to be examined. After he met her, he got started right away with examining her and doing some different diagnostic tests. He seems to be business-like, yet kind and courteous, but also knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose her problem quickly.
