This review is 7 1/2 years past due. I was admitted to Sentara (RMH) Medical Center on March 28, 2014. I was on the verge of a stoke, heart attack, or death when I was admitted. Previously I had been to some of the best hospitals and doctors in Dallas, TX to diagnose my sudden health deterioration to no avail. On March 28,2014 I went to the emergency room at RMH thinking I was having heart failure. The emergency doctors ruled out a heart attack but admitted me to the hospital. It was Dr. Henry H. Chang who came to my room and spent at least an hour listening to all the symptoms I was experiencing. Dr. Chang said he was not sure what was happening to me but he would do his research. Two days he came to me and said he thought I had Addison Disease, a rare and potentially fatal disease that affects 1 in 100,000 people. Dr. Chang was expertly correct! I take steroids but live a very healthy and normal life. There is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Henry H. Chang saved my life.
