Wouldn't recommend
I can't recommend him. He completely missed a thymic cancer with obvious symptom...trouble swallowing, prolonged and progressively more severe. Only looked "inside" the esophagus for constriction, never considered the possibility of an external organ (in this case the thymus) putting pressure on/choking the esophagus. His inaction allowed the cancer to grow and spread for many years (5+). After prolonged suffering he finally referred to a thoracic surgeon who ran a few tests and found a significant cancerous growth around the esophagus. Diligence and a few simple scans might have saved a life. I can't recommend him.

I would not recommend dr Byrum. Offices are old and outdated, and his treatment skills are sketchy at best.

Great Doctor and Great at answering questions and listening. I would highly recommend. Only problem is wait times can vary from long to short, making hard to know how long you will wait. Also the Building is in a high traffic area making it a pain to get there.

Great patient/doctor relationship. I can talk to him like a best friend and he always listens and takes me seriously. Have referred a family member.
