There is simply no follow through. For example I did a sleep study where they needed to submit for the second appointment for me to get the prescription for my machine. I called them and the sleep study center for 2 solid months, when finally the sleep center told me they needed a form from my doctor's office. When I called Dr Brutons office to explain what they said the receptionist rudely told me they always do that and that I need to follow up. It was only after that phone call that the sleep study center got what they needed to move forward. Now multiply that experience times every visit that required any kind of follow up. I haven't smoked in 3.5 years and they put in my record that I'm a current smoker. When delivering the news that my lungs have improved in air capacity the doctor seemed almost down about it. That's when they upped my O2 level on my concentrator which was in no way necessary and now I can't wear it all day, like I should because it's too much air for me. I tried explaining that to them but to no avail. I could write a book on the lousy so called care I got from this office but I'm just going to move on to another doctor. Wish me luck!

Wonderful physician and staff!
My wife had an appointment at Onslow Pulmonary Associates recently and I enjoyed the privilege of being with her and seeing Dr. Bruton and his staff in action! Hannah at the front desk was exceptionally kind and welcoming just she always is when answering our phone calls. The next staff member we saw was Harley who conducted the pulmonary function test. She was very personable and an absolute expert with what she does. Next we met RN Amy who completed the patient history. She also was friendly and helpful. Then Dr. Bruton came in and what an impressive physician he is! He has a warm personality, took his time, explained everything thoroughly, and then invited any questions. Then we met Kia when checking out. She lights up her surroundings! The entire experience at this practice was beyond amazing! There was little wait time and everything was well organized and very efficient. It is very easy to feel like a welcome guest at this practice!
