Careless doctor!
I went into her office a year ago with joint pains. She had me take some blood tests and told me everything is normal and to follow up in one year. One year later I still have the joint pains and decided to see another rheumatologist. The new doctor told me that from the blood work from the year before it shows that I have borderline AS and results were abnormal. None of this was mentioned to me by Dr. Tian!!! If she had told me earlier I would have been able to take steps to stop my conditions from progressing to Ankylosing Spondilitis!! She needs to inform patients about the details of the blood test results and not just wait for condition to get worst to diagnose. I do not recommend this doctor.

HORRIBLE!!! My mom is a senior citizen and has Medicare with Medicaid. Her eligibility was verified with Medicare however the system also showed she has BCBS as well. Regardless how I explained to the receptionist, Angela, that BCBS is for hospitalization coverage, she still require my mom to put in the deposit and informed refund will be given after they received money from insurance. It makes no sense to ask for deposit if patient is eligible under Medicare and Medicaid. Office ended up refused to see her due to no deposit. My mom has difficulty in walking. They should at least check patient's eligibility the night before so she can avoid the trip. All explained to Angela but I was told that I'm wasting their time, they can't help me any further. All being said, this office's staffs and doctor are so unprofessional. I highly recommend people to think twice about this doctor.

I really suffered from gout for years and cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tian who changed my life by preventing me from facing another extremely painful bout with gout. Dr. Tian is brilliant, articulate and the only doctor able to help me after decades of seeking help from this horrible disease.

I took my mom here and the staffs were extremely rude, Dr. Tian is nicer but again she really needs to fire all her staffs and replace them with nicer, more professional people. There is no need to treat patients and or their family rudely at the moment of visit.

The staff consists of a few women. Most of which are pretty useless and rude. Not only are they incapable of communicating in any language proficiently, but they overstep their boundaries. Office administration have no say in a patient's sickness and should not be commenting on someone's medical situation. Super unprofessional, highly incompetent, and unbelievably slow at working.

If you have any illness, you're better off going elsewhere. She'll just tell you that your chronic illness is hopeless, you have no hope other than eating the medicine prescribed. Pretty much telling you that your life is forever going to be in this state and that you have no choice but to consume drugs in order to maintain your health. She gives zero insight as to how the disease works, what we should do as patients, and how we should approach the disease. All she said was, you're never cured
