When coming to this facility for the first time, there was no information given to me regarding the disease I had RA, she stated do not go to internet for info, let her treat me..well I got no info on how this disease works, info on meds..I went for info and a concern on my elbow that was collecting fluid..for about 2 months I came in several times , she poked around each time and I wound up with an infection In elbow and she could see it..told me I needed to see a orthopedic, I asked her about anitibitoics because she could see the blood and puss, stated that she doesn’t give antibiotics , all she does is treat the disease…then I asked her what if I cannot get in to see an orthopedic for a weeks or so , she acted like how is that, well I gave her a look like I better get antibiotics , and she gave them to me and needless to say I could not get In For 10 days to an ortho..needless to say her nurse acts. Like she doesn’t like her job..not a good enviroment.just did not care for her…

Do not come here if you need FMLA paperwork completed. They won’t fill it out even if you are going to be fired.

I would not recommend Dr. Salvady. My husband saw her for 2 years. He got no relief from his RA. After we found another rheumatologist for him we found out that Dr. Salvady had not been telling him the truth about his treatment options. She also told him he should not get the flu shot which was not accurate information.

I’ve been a patient for at least 7 years and she’s always been very good at listening to me and helping me with my fibromyalgia & osteoarthritis.

I feel that Dr. Salvador listens to me and very concerned. She has helped me with the pain in my knee. I am able to walk better. She put me in physical therapy at St Johns aquatics. My pain is easier to handle.

I owe my quality of life to this women. I went from practically bed ridden with a level 10 pain level, to living life again. All other doctors thought I was making up my pain, she new exactly what my problem was within minutes. I live everyday with moderate to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have been seeing her for 12 years. I use to live close to her clinic, I have since moved 5 hours from Clearlake and still travel to see her. Thank you doctor Salvady. Gena

She wouldn't even look at me when I spoke. Treated me like a number and had no empathy or bedside manner. She was like a robot with no expression. She wanted to order same bloodwork I already had from previous rheumatologist and just write me a script. I have Lupus and don't want more blood work or a prescription. I need someone who's invested and looking for long term remedies...not short term quick fixes that pad the doctors pockets.

Probably the worst doctors visit I have ever had in my life. She put no effort into the diagnosis what's so ever. Had the diagnosis before even and exam. Very lazy doctor. Would not recommend!!

Dr. Salvady was the third specialist I had been too and brought with me X-rays and an MRI of my right hip. The previous two Orthopedic Surgeons completely misdiagnosed the source of my debilitating hip pain. Dr. Salvady asked me to describe the pain and exactly where it was. She said it's Bursitis, prescribed me Lidocane patches and an anti-inflammatory medication. And said give it a few days go back to playing tennis. because exercise will get rid of it. I did so and now 2 months later, cured!
