Dr. Helen Kim, MD

I have never written a review for anyone on this website but my wife encouraged me to make an account to tell people about about my negative experience with Dr. Kim. I would just like to preface that my wife has been a nurse for 30 years and we both understand how stressful the training of a doctor is. Firstly, Dr. Kim had a terrible bedside manner. She appeared annoyed walking into the room and did not make any eye contact with me and was looking on her phone the whole time. I don't even think she knew my name. A device she was holding kept beeping and she would not turn it off. Later on she yelled at my nurse for asking too many questions. She cut me off multiple times and told me she would come back to talk to me but never did. Being a patient is very vulnerable and I did not feel comfortable around her. I hope she can see this and make some improvement in her behavior. I apologize for not leaving my name but I do not want her to be angry at me. Thank you
