Also snubbed via Teladoc
I made an appointment with this doctor via teladoc. It was to be at 1:30 in the afternoon. I prepared myself to meet the doctor and logged into my app. I then, at 1:27 pm, received a text message that the provider could not meet and was prompted to choose another provider for another day and time. A professional operating in this field of medicine, should at the very least, have respect for the psychological preparation that it takes patients like me to get ready for an appointment with a new doctor. Whether it be virtual or in person, respect for one's time is valuable. Not only that, I saught help in this capacity due to an ongoing issue-a mental health issue- that I cannot find a provider for in my community. This woman is, at best, careless with her time in signing up for virtual appointments. I, however, feel supremely disrespected and wouldn't take an appointment with her if she begged for another chance.

Canceled my appt!
Booked via Teladoc and I was in the waiting room on time. Waited for over 10 minutes and got a message that she canceled my appointment. What poor patient care. I’ve filed a complaint with Teladoc.

She is very curt and rude
This doctor seemed annoyed at my crying and kept trying to cut me off. What kind of mental health professional is bothered by tears. She kept saying she couldn't help me and was very rude about it. I get she couldn't help me but I am allowed to be upset over it. I felt like she was trying to hurry me off so she didnt have to deal with it, as though someone else tears are obscene to her.
