I saw Dr Chang as a follow up to my complete hysterectomy (Dr. Lerner) due to uterine cancer. She was very kind and asked me questions pertaining to how my body might have changed after the surgery. It was a very thorough appointment. Additionally I think everyone in this office is very professional and I feel fortunate my insurance covers them.

Lack of care and compassion
As a vulvar cancer patient, I asked a lot of questions. She didn't like that. She would not answer the hardest questions. I would not immediately agree to radical mutilating surgery without more information so I could make the best choice for me. She didn't like that I wasn't ready to just go jump to get my lady parts sliced off like salami on an assembly line. When I was attempting to make a return appointment, I found out she just 'disappeared' and is now practicing elsewhere. Not a letter, not a note, not a text, NOTHING to help me get continuation of care.I would not recommend her. Ever. I am going to die faster because of her apathy and lack of interest.
