great experience
I’ve gone to several doctors in Eagle Pass for my condition. The doctor was the first one to actually asked me the correct questions. Once I explain to him what was going on he was able to make a quick decision and had me taking labs and getting an x-ray as quickly as possible. Yes the weight was long but it’s worth the quality of Doctor that he is.

Does not care about his patients.
I went to him in dire need of prescription refills.. He demanded I get expensive blood work done that none of the prescriptions I needed called for and despite agreeing to give me my rx he turned right around and refused to order the two I needed most, my anti depressant and gout meds. I did not know this at the time because he refuses to provide physical rx and will only call them in to a pharmacy. I go to pick my meds up and they only have the ones for blood sugar and colesterol along with a prohibitively expensive new med I never asked for. When I called the doctor his staff was dismissive and disrespectful. When I pleaded that I needed my antidepressant because I feared I might hust myself they hung up on me. They then called and lied to the police saying I had threatened them. Armed officers were sent to menace me, never taking their hands off their guns dispute me having my hands in the air the entire time. At my lowest instead of helping me they nearly had me killed.

A Survivor of a Bad Doc – Jul 13, 2022

I went to see Dr. Trevino for back pain. He made me feel very uncomfortable. A very arrogant and dismissive doctor who makes his patients feel like they are clueless. His staff is similarly rude and has inherited his poor treatment of any patients. I saw them be rude to an elderly woman who walked up to the counter and was told to go back to her seat and wait to be called.

My father is a CANCER patient and his doctor is a specialists in San Antonio, TX. There is a lot of travel involved due to, his condition. In order to ease the travel, He decided to go to Dr. Trevino's office for lab work. Sonia and Roxy advised that they would timely send his lab results. He arrived to his doctor's appointment in San Antonio and he was notified that no results were secured. Long story short, Roxy did NOT perform the requested results. PEOPLE'S LIFE'S ARE IN JEOPARDY!

Save yourself some time and grief and look elsewhere. My mother has been going to this doctor several times and it's always a very unpleasant experience. The man treats you like a number and not a patient. Wait times are easily over 2-3hrs every time. Does not care one bit about your concerns, does not explain anything, and is very dismissive. It's obvious he is in a rush to do the minimum to collect his dues and get to the next patient.

This is the worst Dr. I have ever met. He disregarded my doubts and questions, looking constantly at the time, and finally left without saying goodbye. I actually thought he went to get something and was coming back, but the nurse came after a few minutes and told me where to go to pay. The staff was friendly, but the Dr. should learn how to treat his patients. This was obviously the first and last time I saw him. Went to Dr. Barboza after him, and he made me feel like a person, not a number.

Never. This would be punishment to put another through an experience with this office. The woman at the front desk, Roxanne, is unprofessional, rude, impolite, and has no couth. The office manager isn't any better.
