The followup phone calls were unprofessional, rude, and uncalled for. A patient has a right to ask questions for clarification. If they don't get all the answers in the voicemail left, they have a right to call back until they get them. A patient should not be yelled at (yes, I said yelled at) because they didn't answer the phone or because they have more questions about treatment and need to call the office back.
