My husband has cancer and we went to the ER because he has a lot pain, him was very rude, saying if he was a terminal patient with hospice are, what was I doing there? And what did I want him to do? I said tests, exams and my husband was diagnosed with pneumonia and infection after being he being so cold person.

What could be improved

Two years ago today in the ER. No empathy whatsoever to my family's situation. Dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer on the spot. He was irritated because my dad was hard of hearing and aggressive to me for getting my phone out as he thought I was going to record him (I had no intention of doing so)
